  This place needs to get it's act together! The bathroom situation is deplorable and has been that way for over a month! For the league bowlers they offer promotions for sandwiches, at a local sandwich shop, but do not have the cards available to hand out!
  So much for putting in the effort to keep customers happy. The desk crew, in the evenings, need people skills and there is either too many people behind the desk or none at all.
  It could be a great bowling center if someone would just show a little more interest to the business at hand and put customers first.
