    I had a Buddha bowl with tofu at this place while I was touring Redding and it was delicious. As oblivious as I was about the restaurant, cuisine and menu before I went there, I am still not sure if their food is Mediterranean or oriental or otherwise a fusion of them two. My wife didn’t enjoy it as much as I did, but for me, it was a welcome treat in a meat paradise. It is located in a shopping center in Redding city proper and has ample parking. You can either dine inside or outdoor or even take out food if you want to. Restaurant staff are friendly and help you understand what goes in on the food if you are not sure about your order. No alcoholic beverages are on the menu.
